5.2.4 Powering On Loads
Context
After the inverter starts, the UPS transfers to inverter mode, and the Bypass mode
alarm on the LCD disappears.
Procedure
Step 1 After
conrming that the battery strings are properly connected, turn on the
battery string input switch. If there are multiple battery strings, turn on the switch
for each battery string and then the general switch between battery strings and
the UPS. After you turn on the battery string input switch, the No battery alarm
disappears.
Step 2 Switch on the UPS output circuit breaker QF3.
NO TICE
After the UPS is started for the rst time, perform a capacity test on batteries to
ensure that battery parameters are correctly displayed. For details, see section
5.7.1.3 "Capacity Test" (for lead-acid batteries) and section 5.7.2.2 "Capacity Test"
(for lithium batteries).
Step 3 (Optional) Switch on the lighting output circuit breaker in the integrated UPS and
check whether the PWR indicator on the smart module actuator lights up.
Step 4 Switch on the smart cooling product circuit breakers in the integrated UPS to
power on the smart cooling products.
Step 5 Switch on the IT output circuit breakers in the integrated UPS, and then switch on
the rPDUs in the network cabinet and IT cabinets to power on the equipment in
the network cabinet and IT cabinets.
NO TE
Do not switch on the reserved circuit breakers.
When switching on the circuit breakers, observe whether there is any abnormal
phenomenon, such as sparks or unsmooth switching.
After switching on an IT output circuit breaker, check whether the corresponding Branch
Disconnected alarm on the MDU screen disappears.
You can mask the Branch Disconnected alarm generated by a reserved circuit breaker on
the UPS by choosing System Info > Settings > PDU Param. > Branch exception alarm
enable.
