– Mount the washer and torque limiter .
– Mount and tighten the screw with the washer.

– Mount free wheel gear .
20.16Installing the primary gear

– Mount the spring washer.
– Degrease the cone and thinly apply thread locker to it.

– Mount primary gear .

Turn the free wheel gear back and forth to ease engagement.
20.17Installing the balancer shaft

– Push balancer shaft  into the bearing seat. Align marking  on the balance
weight with marking  on the primary pinion.

– Mount collar bushing  and needle bearing .
