‘Printhead Power
Fault’
- The printhead safety
system has detected
that the printhead
power is outside the
working range of 18.5
Volts to 32 Volts.
•
Power off the machine and check that the
printhead cables are not damaged and are
firmly plugged into the printhead. Power on to
see if the fault has cleared. You can check the
printhead volts at Tools > Diagnostics >
Printhead > Inputs.
•
If the problem persists, please call your local
service representative for further support. The
machine will not run until this fault is resolved.

‘Printhead Sensor
Fault’ - The printhead
self-check system has
detected that the
print-
head
temperature sen-
sor
is either
disconnected
or faulty.
•
Power off the machine and check that the
printhead cables are not damaged and are
firmly plugged into the printhead.
•
Power on and attempt to resume printing.
This fault will only clear when the tempera-
ture sensor readings are within the working
range (-10 °C to 65 °C). You can check the
readings at Tools > Diagnostics > Printhead
> Inputs.
•
If the problem persists, please call your local
service representative for further support.

OverTemperature
‘Printhead Over Tem-
perature’ - The print-
head self-check system
has detected that the
printhead temperature
has exceeded 65 °C
and is too hot to con-
tinue printing.
•
This can be caused by loose cables, a faulty
printhead or is running outside of the operat-
ing specifications.
•
You can view the printhead temperature at
Tools > Diagnostics > Printhead > Inputs.
When
the printhead temperature falls below
65 °C,
this error can be cleared.
•
If this problem persists, please call your
local service representative for further sup-
port. Once resolved and ready, press the
‘Clear’ button below.
