  If the displayed frequency on your Icom Transceiver is not changing properly, it could be due to a few reasons. Check if the dial lock function is activated and, if so, push [LOCK] to turn the function OFF. Also, ensure that you are not on a Set mode screen; push [EXIT/SET] several times to exit the Set mode screen. In some cases, the internal CPU may have malfunctioned, requiring you to reset the CPU.
