Step 6: The confirmation screen shown in Figure 6-19 allows you to restart the
computer immediately after the installation is complete or to restart the computer
later. For the settings to take effect, the computer must be restarted. Once you
have decided when to restart the computer, click the “F
INISH” button.
6.6 RealTek Audio Driver Installation
To install the RealTek AC’97 Audio driver, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: To the right of the Audio menu item, you may select either
\AUDIO\Realtek\Alc100_200\
to browse the driver directory, or click on the
Windows button to install the driver.
Step 2: Once you double click the Windows button, the install shield wizard for the
audio driver starts. See Figure 6-20.
