2.9.1 SATA Drives
The ROCKY-4786EVG CPU Board supports two first generation SATA drives with transfer
rates up to 1.5 GB/s.
2.9.2 IDE HDD Interfaces
The ROCKY-4786EVG southbridge chipset IDE controller supports up to two HDDs with
the following specifications:
Supports PIO IDE transfers up to 16MB/s
Supports an Ultra ATA/100/66/33 DMA protocol with data transfer rates up
to 100MB/s
2.9.3 Floppy Disk Drive (FDD)
The ROCKY-4786EVG CPU Board supports a single FDD. The following FDD formats are
compatible with the board.
5.25”: 360KB and 1.2MB
3.5”: 720KB, 1.44MB and 2.88MB
