CAS Latency Time [2]
The CAS Latency Time configuration option refers to the Column Address Strobe (CAS)
delay time. (To be able to change this configuration option the DRAM Timing Selectable
configuration option must be set to “Manual”) The following configuration options are
available
2 nanoseconds (DEFAULT)
2.5 nanoseconds
3 nanoseconds
Active to Precharge Delay [6]
This feature controls the memory bank's minimum row active time (tRAS). This constitutes
the time when a row is activated until the time the same row can be deactivated. (To be
able to change this configuration option the DRAM Timing Selectable configuration option
must be set to “Manual”) The following configuration options are available
8 nanoseconds
7 nanoseconds
6 nanoseconds (DEFAULT)
5 nanoseconds
DRAM RAS# to CAS# Delay [3]
The DRAM RAS# to CAS# Delay option allows you to set the delay between the RAS and
CAS signals. (To be able to change this configuration option the DRAM Timing Selectable
configuration option must be set to “Manual”) The following configuration options are
available
4 nanoseconds
3 nanoseconds (DEFAULT)
