Check Refrigerant
--- every 6 months
Start the engine and run at approximately 1500 min
-1
(rpm).
Turn the air conditioner switch to ON. Set the blower switch
to HI and set the temperature control switch to the coolest
position (18 °C (65 °F) on the monitor screen). Operate the
air conditioner 2 to 3 minutes. Check if cool air comes out
from the vent in the cab. This machine uses new refrigerant
R134a. Before charging the refrigerant, first recover all the
refrigerant from the system. Then, charge the refrigerant by
the specified quantity. In case any abnormality is found in the
air conditioner, consult your nearest authorized dealer.

IMPORTANT: Do not release refrigerant into the
atmosphere as this is illegal. Comply with refrigerant
regulations.
Check Compressor and Pulley
--- once a year
Check the compressor and its vicinity for abnormality in
operation, oil, or refrigerant leakage. Check the pulley for
abnormal noise.
Check Compressor:
After operating the air conditioner for 5 to 10 minutes,
check temperature at both the high pressure pipe and the
low pressure pipe. Normally, the high pressure pipe must be
hot and the low pressure pipe must be cool.
