Auto Idling Stop
WARNING: This function automatically stops the
engine. Carefully operate within the work environment
when using this function.
When press auto idling stop switch (1), the idling stop function
is ON and idling stop indicator (2) lights.
When the auto idling stop function is ON (enabled), the engine
automatically stops after the preset time from the state in
which the specified conditions are met (see the operating
condition on the next page). 30 seconds before the engine
stop, the buzzer sounds. The buzzer sounds once at 30
seconds before, intermittently sounds from 15 seconds, and
then stops after 15 seconds. The auto idling stop is disabled
and the engine will not stop if any of the following conditions
is met: The parking brake switch is set in OFF position, the
forward/reverse switch is set in (F) or (R) position, or the brake
pedal or the accelerator pedal is depressed to release it.
IMPORTANT: Ensure that the ON or OFF status of auto
idling stop indicator (2). If the indicator is ON, the auto
idling stop function will be activated.
