Stay Clear of Moving Parts
y Entanglement in moving parts can cause serious injury.
x To prevent accidents, care should be taken to ensure that
hands, feet, clothing, jewelry and hair do not become
entangled when working around rotating parts.
Support Maintenance Properly
y Explosive separation of a tire and rim parts can cause
serious injury or death.
x Do not attempt to mount a tire unless you have the
proper equipment and experience to perform the job.
Have it done by your authorized dealer or a qualified
repair service.
x Always maintain the correct tire pressure. DO NOT inflate
tire above the recommended pressure.
x When inflating tires, use a chip-on chuck and extension
hose long enough to allow you to stand to one side and
not in front of or over the tire assembly. Use a safety cage
if available.
x Inspect tires and wheels daily. Do not operate with low
pressure, cuts bubbles, damaged rims, or missing lug
bolts and nuts.
x Never cut or weld on an inflated tire or rim assembly. Heat
from welding could cause an increase in pressure and
may result in tire explosion.
