Query the instrument’s current configuration and return a quoted string. The
purpose of this command is to allow you to append this query response to
an APPL: command in your programming application and use the result to
place the instrument in the specified state. The function, frequency,
amplitude, and offset are returned as shown in the sample string below (the
quotation marks are returned as part of the string).
