Output a pulse wave with the specified frequency, amplitude, and dc offset.
The waveform is output as soon as the command is executed. This
command preserves the current pulse width setting (FUNC:PULS:WIDT
command) or pulse duty cycle setting (FUNC:PULS:DCYC command),
depending on which has been selected to “hold” (FUNC:PULS:HOLD
command). The edge time setting (FUNC:PULS:TRAN:LEAD;
FUNC:PULS:TRAN:TRA command) is also preserved.
