Description
It’s used to set/read the low-level voltage limit. If you switch on voltage
limiting, the low-level voltage cannot be set below the programmed limit.

 The voltage is not limited by the output hardware, it’s a software limit.
 The limits relate to the HIGH and LOW parameters of the instrument.
