Use only ORIGINAL KTM SPARE PARTS when replacing parts.
The KTM high performance engine is only able to fulfill the demand to your requirements if the
maintenance work is petformed regularly and professionally.
Special attention should be paid to the carburettor adjusting and the service which has to be car-
ried out after your first ride. For service work which can only be performed in a
specialized repair shop, please see your KTM dealer

Nous avons renoncé à décrire les tours de main ainsi que les précautions à prendre qui font par-
tie du travail ordinaire dans un atelier On suppose que les réparations seront effectuées par un
mécanicien qui est réellement un homme du métier.
Il est préférable de lire complètement le manuel avant de se lancer dans une réparation. La men-
tion ATTENTION” introduit des indications permettant d'éviter d'abimer les pièces. „REMAR-
QUE" introduit un conseil utile.
N'employer que des pièces d'origine KTM lorsqu'un changement de pièces est nécessaire.
Le moteur KTM, qui est d'une technologie poussée, ne peut satisfaire vraiment et durablement
aux exigences qui lui sont imposées, que si l'entretien prescrit est effectué correctement et régu-
lièrement.
