Ausfallsicherung (5) einlegen, Innensechskantschraube (б) montieren.
Insert timing chain securing guide (5) and allen head screw {6} after coating it
with Loctite 242.
5.11 Olpumpenrad И
Anlaufscheibe (8,5x14,5x0,5)(1) auf Olpumpenwelle stecken. Lagerna-
del (2) in die Olpumpenwelle montieren und Ölpumpenrad mit hohem
Bund zum Gehäuse aufstecken. Zweite Anlaufscheibe (3) auflegen und
Sicherungsscheibe (4) montieren.
5.11 Oil Pump Gear Wheel
Slip the thrust washer {8,5x14,5x5){1} onto the oil pump shaft. Place the bea-
ring needle (2) into the oil pump shaft, and slip on the oil pump gear wheel
with its high collar facing to the crankcase. Slip on the second thrust washer {3}
and then mount the locking washer {4}.
5.12 Kupplung
Kickstarterzwischenrad (1) mit Freistellung zum Gehäuse auf die Ab-
triebswelle stecken. Anlaufscheibe (22,4x35x2), Innenring und Nadel-
kranz (2) auf die Antriebswelle schieben.
5.12 Clutch
Fit kickstarter intermediate gear {1} onto take-off shaft with clearance space to-
wards case. Slide thrust washer (22,4x35x2}, inner ring and needle cage {2}
onto the drive shaft.
Posizionare la protezione catena (5), spalmare con Loctite 242 lo vite (6)
e montarla
Mettre le guide (5), enduire la vis six. pans creux (6) de Loctite 242 et la mettre
en place.
5.11 Volano della pompo dell'olio
Infilare il rasamento (8,5x14,5x5)(1) sull'albero deila pompa dell'olio.
Montare il cuscinetto a rullini (2) nell'albero e il volano della pompa
dell'olio, con il collare alto, sulla scatola della pompa. Infilare il secondo
rasamento (3) e montare la rosetta di protezione (4).
5.11 Pignon de pompe
Mettre la rondelle d'appui {8,5x14,5x5}{1} sur l'arbre à huile. Monter la gou-
pille d'acier dans l'arbre á huile et mettre le pignon de pompe à huile avec le
collet haut vers le boitier . Mettre la deuxième rondelle d'appui (3) et monter la
rondelle frein (4).
5.12 Frizione
Inserire nell'albero primario l'ingranaggio intermedio del pedale awia-
mento (1). Infilore eegene (22,4x35x2), l'anello interno e la gab-
bietta (2) sull'albero primario.
5.12 Embrayage
Enfiler sur l'arbre de sortie le pignon intermédiaire de kick (1) avec l'évidement
vers le carter. Enfiler sur l'arbre primaire la rondelle {22,4x35x2), la bague in
térieure et la cage à aiguilles (2).
