Information!
The arm is still positioned horizontally.
(1) If necessary, put robot into operation and move wrist axes into zero position.
(2) Screw in the magnetic screw plugs (Fig. 108/4, 5, 6) and pour the specified amounts
of oil into the oil filler holes.
(3) Insert the magnetic screw plugs (1, 2, 3).
(4) Tighten M18x1.5 magnetic screw plugs (1, 6): tightening torque M
A
=20Nm.
T ighten M10x1 magnetic screw plugs (2 to 5): tightening torque M
A
=7.5Nm.
