Fig. 24: Sequence of the SHom funcon
Acvaon and sequence of the r
eference run
1.
The homing process is started via the dened input source: 0x2880:001
2.
The superimposed applicaon must start the reference run. The drive independently takes
over the moon control.
3.
The reference run is performed with the set safely limited speed (SLS): 0x2882:003
4.
Within the dened "Timeout" period, the reference signal "SHom_Load" is expected,
which sets the safe reference point "Home Posion" in the absolute posion range:
-
"Timeout" denion: 0x2882:002
-
Source for "SHom_Load": 0x2881:001
-
"Home Posion" reference point: 0x2882:001
5.
Once the reference point is set, the reference run is ended.
6.
The drive changes to normal operaon.
Display of the funcon s
tatus: 0x2882:006
The status is also displayed in the status bits of the safety bus. 4Safe network

Behavior of the funcon in the event of an error
A faulty reference run, e.g. due to a missing signal edge or a violaon of the ming
requirement, triggers STO.
