Fig. 24: Sequence of the SHom funcon
Acvaon and sequence of the r
eference run
1.
The homing process is started via the dened input source: 0x2880:001
2.
The superimposed applicaon must start the reference run. The drive independently takes
over the moon control.
3.
The reference run is performed with the set safely limited speed (SLS): 0x2882:003
4.
Within the dened "Timeout" period, the reference signal "SHom_Load" is expected,
which sets the safe reference point "Home Posion" in the absolute posion range:
-
"Timeout" denion: 0x2882:002
-
Source for "SHom_Load": 0x2881:001
-
"Home Posion" reference point: 0x2882:001
5.
Once the reference point is set, the reference run is ended.
6.
The drive changes to normal operaon.

The status is also displayed in the status bits of the safety bus. 4Safe network

Behavior of the funcon in the event of an error
A faulty reference run, e.g. due to a missing signal edge or a violaon of the ming
requirement, triggers STO.
