6 Click on the check box to select the user who wants to register while on the ‘CSV le
user list’
- When inappropriate format is used, or when restricted name and ID are used, it is not
possible to select since de-activated.
- When the title of the line that is located at the foremost upper part of the list is
clicked on, it is possible to line up according to the applicable line. The line that
serves as the standard for lining up is indicated in red.
7 Use ‘un-do selection/select all’ buttons for selecting all the categories or for canceling
the selection.
8 Results of the registration gets transmitted to the user’s e-mail when the ‘transmit
registration information’ is selected.
When ‘random password’ is selected on 3., registration information gets transmitted to
the e-mail regardless of the selection issue.
9 Click on the ‘apply’ button to register the selected user.
As long as mail server settings are correct, the registration result will be sent to the
entered e-mail address. For details concerning mail server settings, refer to Mail
Notication.
