9.2 Preparations
Before disassembling the system:
Switch off the system.
Disconnect all external components and de-energize the residual energy.
Remove all operating materials, auxiliary materials, and consumables and dispose
them of in an ecological way.
9.3 Uninstalling the system
The system is disassembled as follows:
Uninstalling the system
1. Disconnect the mains plug from the wall socket.
2. Disconnect the hose of the extraction system.
WARNING! Risk of injuries by pressurized components!
Pressurized components (e.g. compressed-air supply) can move uncontrollably in
case of improper handling and can cause serious injuries.
Depressurize the components before uninstalling them. De-energize the residual
energies.
3. Disconnect the tube of the compressed-air supply.
4. Disconnect the control cable of the extraction system.
5. Disconnect the USB cable connecting with the PC.
6. Disconnect power supply cable.
7. Install the foam pad as a transport lock beneath the processing head.
The system has been uninstalled.
The PC and the extraction system can now be used for other purposes or can be
stored as well. For information on uninstalling these systems refer to the
corresponding user manuals.
9.4 Disposing of the system
LPKF AG will accept a delivered product for which a manufacturer's obligation to take
back is based on the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment directive and will
dispose of it according to regulations. Contact the LPKF Service for more information
on returning the system. The contact data are listed in the information on customer
service.
The LPKF Service provides a return goods authorization number if you want to return
the system.
