Flipper Card Jam. Please clear Printer
mechanism
04:08
Error is shown while trying to return the Card to the print
engine after rotating the Flipper unit. If the front Sensor is
not obscured within 5 seconds the error is seen.
04:09
Error is shown while trying to return the Card to the print
engine after rotating the Flipper unit. If the front Card
sensor fails to clear within 5 seconds then the error is
seen. Note that the front Card Sensor has already been
obscured by the Card at this stage.
04:10
Error is shown while trying to feed a Card into the Flipper
mechanism for rotation. If the front Card Sensor is not
unblocked within 5 seconds the error is seen. By this
point the Card has already moved forwards to block the
front Card Sensor.
04:11
Error is shown while trying to eject the Card out of the
Printer. If the front Sensor remains blocked for more than
3 seconds the error is seen. At this stage the Card has
already moved towards the Flipper mechanism and has
blocked the front Sensor.
04:12
This error is raised if the Flip Sensor is always blocked
after smart encoding. The printer is attempting to rotate
the card to the horizontal position.

Encoder Jam. Please clear Printer mechanism
05:00
Error is shown while trying to move the Card from the
Smart encoding position to the standby position. If the
Card present Sensor does not register the Card leaving
within 3 seconds the error is displayed. Reserved for
future use.
05:01
Error is shown while trying to place the Card into the
Smart encoding position. If the Card present Sensor does
not register the arrival of the Card within 2 seconds the
error is displayed. Reserved for future use.
