Card Jam. Please clear Printer mechanism
06:10
Error can be shown while trying to move the Card from
within the front Sensor to the standby position (over the
middle Sensor). If the middle Sensor is not blocked within
3 seconds by a Card the error will be displayed. Note that
by this point the front Sensor has become unblocked by a
Card.
06:11
Error is shown while trying to move the Card from the
Flipper to the standby position (over the middle Card
Sensor). If the middle Sensor is not blocked within 3
seconds the error will be displayed. Note by this point a
Card has passed through the front (suggesting that the
Card is between the front and mid Sensors).

Error is shown while trying to move the Card from the
main print area into the rotation mechanism. If the front
Card Sensor is not obscured within 5 seconds the error is
displayed.
06:13
Error is shown while trying to move the Card into the
magnetic encoding standby position (this is where the rear
edge of the Card just blocks the rear Card Sensor). If the
rear Sensor is not obscured within 4 seconds the error is
displayed.

Error can be shown during the magnetic encoding cycle.
If a Card fails to unblock the rear Card Sensor within 4
seconds the error is displayed. At this point the Card is
already in the magnetic encoding standby position and
has begun to move the Card forwards towards the
magnetic encoding Head.
06:15
Error is shown while moving the Card forward towards the
front Sensor during the soak test routine. If the front Card
Sensor is not blocked within 6 seconds the error will be
displayed.

Error is shown while moving the Card backward towards
the rear Sensor during the soak test routine. If the rear
Card Sensor is not blocked within 6 seconds the error will
be displayed.

Error is shown while moving the Card towards the Flipper
ready for rotation. If the front Card Sensor does not block
within 5 seconds the error is displayed.

Error is shown while trying to position the Card so that its
rear edge just covers the rear Card Sensor (ready for
printing). If the rear Sensor does not block within 3
seconds the error is displayed.
06:19
Error is shown while trying to position the Card so that its
rear edge just covers the rear Card Sensor (ready for
printing). If the rear Sensor is not unblocked within 3
seconds the error will be displayed. At this point the rear
Sensor has already been blocked by the Card moving
backwards and the Printer is moving the Card forward
again until the rear Sensor unblocks.
