Can‟t find panel. Please check Dye Film and
Printer mechanism, or press cancel to clear
print job.
11:00
Error is shown while trying to align the Dye-Film to a
chosen offset within a chosen panel (for example, prior to
printing) if the Printer can not find the requested panel
within 8 panels of its starting point. This error often
indicates that either the Dye-Film LED is poorly
positioned, or that the Dye-Film LED needs to be
calibrated using the FCL command. This error is similar
to 11:01, but the surrounding context is slightly different.
11:00 can occur whenever the Dye Film position is being
set, whereas 11:01 can only occur when the Film position
is being set and the Printer has had to recover from a Dye
Film panel misalignment by skipping an entire panel set.
11:01

RFID PCB missing. Reconnect PCB to
continue.

Error is shown during Printer initialization. If the RFID
PCB cannot be detected the error is displayed.

Print Head Error, switch Printer off and
reconnect Print Head.

Error is shown while checking the print head temperature
in standby. If the measured temperature is out of range
an error is displayed. This indicates that either the print
Head is not connected, or that the thermistor on the Print
Head is not functioning correctly.

Overheat error, switch Printer off and allow
Print Head to cool.

Error is shown while waiting for the Print Head
temperature to fall before printing a Card. If the measured
temperature is out of range the error is displayed.
