10.9. Suction lter cleaning - 4 D
Always wear personal protection equipment and
carefully comply with the instructions of the
manufacturer of the products to be sprayed
With or without liquid in the tanks (main and rinsing)
With the pump disengaged
1. Rotate the valves to position 4 D
2. Place a container under the filter plug
3. Open the filter drainage plug while taking all necessary
precautions
When the liquid stops flowing
4. Loosen the nut securing the filter cover in place
5. Pull on the cover to access the strainer
6. Remove the strainer, clean and check. It must be in perfect
condition
7. Check the condition of the seals on the strainer and the filter
cover and grease before re-fitting
8. Insert the strainer in the filter casing, refit the
cover and tighten the pressure nut
9. Close the filter drainage plug
