10.10. Drainage of the main tank using the manual valve
Always wear personal protection equipment
and carefully comply with the instructions of the
manufacturer of the products to be sprayed
1. Prepare a container which is large enough to hold the
residual volume in the tank
With the valve closed
2. Remove the cap from the symmetrical half union 󱟜
3. Open the drainage valve 󱟝 on the tank while taking all
necessary precautions
When the drainage pipe stops flowing
4. Close the valve 󱟝and refit the cap on the symmetrical half
union 󱟜
THE Mixing hopper
- When incorporating the different phytosanitary
products, the container rinser must be filled to
improve access to the mixing hopper inlet
- IMPORTANT: Before refitting the mixing hopper,
check that:
• ValveF is closed
• ValveE is closed, with the handle horizontal (as
shown in the photo opposite)
• Thecontinerrinserisoutsideofthemixinghopper(as
shown in the photo opposite)
Top of the main tank
During the different filling operations,
(direct, with or without an electronic
gauge, etc.) it is ESSENTIAL to
open the lid to avoid any risk of
overpressure.
When filling is complete:
- You are recommended to retract the mechanical
gauge and block in place using the collar
- Close the tank lid
