10.1. Filling and Incorporation (By external suction):
Always wear personal protection equipment and carefully comply with the
instructions of the manufacturer of the products to be sprayed
You are recommended to proceed in three stages:
◦Pre-filling
◦Incorporation
◦Top-up + rinsing of the containers and the mixing hopper
I.E.:
2 B: Pre-filling: 800 - 1 000 litres.
2 A: Incorporation
2 B: Top-up, rinsing of the containers with fresh water and rinsing of the mixing hopper with
fresh water
1 A: Working position
Pre-lling - Position 2B
1. After previously preparing the products (quantity of product, open containers, seal
on the containers removed, etc.)
2. Program the quantity required in the tank using the 860 control panel. (see control
panel instructions) ②
3. Set the tank bottom valve to the mixing position ③
4. Release the mechanical gauge of the main tank ④
5. Open the lid of the main tank ⑤
6. Lower the mixing hopper
a. Lower the lever to release the mixing hopper ⑥
b. Pull the lever towards you to lower the mixing hopper ⑦
7. Remove the cap from the symmetrical half union on the intake
8. Connect the suction pipe
9. Rotate the valves to position 2 B ⑧
10. With the combustion engine at idle
11. Engage the pump ⑨
12. Gradually accelerate the engine to mid-power ⑩
13. When the quantity required for pre-filling is reached
a.Reduce engine power ⑪
b. Disengage the pump ⑫
