◦Open all sections
◦Open the main solenoid valve
◦Check the pressure while maintaining this pressure at 0.5
bar, to avoid opening the membrane anti-drip devices
and operate for 15 to 20 minutes
◦Increase pressure to 2 bar for a few seconds while checking that the anti-freeze reaches the jets
◦Reduce engine power
◦Disengage the pump
◦Open the connections under the spray pressure sensor
◦Engage the pump with the engine at idle for a few seconds to allow the anti-freeze to reach the pressure sensor
pipes
◦Open the connection under the pressure gauge
◦Engage the pump with the engine at idle for a few seconds to allow the anti-freeze to reach the
pressure gauge pipes
◦Close the main solenoid valve
◦Reduce engine power
◦Disengage the pump
◦Check the level of protection and weigh the anti-freeze solution after all of the above (samples can be taken
using the suction filter drainage valve)
◦Refit the mixing hopper
BEFORE STORING THE DEVICE
◦Fill the fuel tank with diesel with additives
◦Lubricate the transmission and the different grease nipples
