X Direction (Feed Direction) Divided Cutting
Setting X Direction (Feed Direction) Divided Cutting
The data size in the feed direction will be cut divided at the positions corresponding to [Division Length +
Cross Cut Length].
Setting the cross cut length cuts at the [Cut Length] position overlapping by the amount of the setting.

Press the [FUNCTION] key in local mode.

Use to select [SET UP], then press the [ENTER/HOLD] key.

Use to select [DIVISIONcut], then press the [ENTER/HOLD] key.

Use to select [X], then press the [ENTER/HOLD] key.

Use to select [DIV.LENG], then press the [ENTER/HOLD] key.
• Setting: 50 to 500 cm (in 50 cm increments)

Use to select the [CROSS CUT] setting, then press the [ENTER/HOLD] key.
• Setting: 0 to 50mm (in 1mm increments)
• The sheet is cut with overlaps corresponding to the amount of the setting.

Press the [END] key several times to exit.
• The settings are retained even when the power is turned off.
• The data from the host computer can be ignored during divided cutting.
• Divided cutting is not possible in the following cases:
- If the volume of cutting data exceeds the size of the receive buffer
- If the cutting data contains an origin update command
- If two-point line correction is set
- If register mark detection is used
- If the available cutting area is 1 cm or less
- If test data has been cut within the machine
