Refill cooling water
If an error of lack of water, refill cooling water. To fill up its capacity, about 500cc refill is required.

Remove the cover of the left rear surface of the
Y bar.
• Remove the screws (for one position) indicated with circles
in the figure and remove the cover.

Uncover the water supply/drainage.

Made mixed water (antifreeze liquid: 1, water: 2) in
the attached reservoir and move it to the attached
syringe.
• If leave the error message of lack of water without refilling cooling
water after one week, the error display on the display switches to
"REFIL WATER". While this error is on the display, you can not
switch to <Remote>. Immediately, replenish the cooling water.
• When continue to use with the error of lack of water and the temperature error/warning of the LED-
UV occurs, the display shows “REFIL WATER” and can not switch to <Remote>.
