Part Maintenance Interval
Drive wheels
(the two
middle wheels)
Lubricate the roller bearings.
To lubricate the bearings, attach
a grease pump to the grease
fitting on one of the drive wheels,
and apply at least 11 g of Rocol
Foodlube Hi-Temp 2 or another
lubricant with the same
properties. Clean away any
excess grease.
Lubricate the roller bearings
yearly.
Safety laser
scanners
Check for visual defects, for
example cracks and scratches.
Replace as needed.
Control panel Check that all buttons on the
control panel function.
Every three to four months.
Emergency
stop
Check that the Emergency stop
buttons work, push down the red
button, and check that the
Emergency reset button lights up.
Every three to four months /
according to EN/ISO 13850
Safety of machinery - Emergency
stop function.
ESD tail Check the ESD tail, open the left-
hand side maintenance hatch,
and make sure that the tail has
contact with the ground.
Check every six months and
replace as needed.
Charging
pads/broom
Disconnect the battery on the
robot. Using your hands, ensure
that each pad moves up and
down freely.
Clean the charging pads using
rubbing alcohol. Also clean the
pads on the charging stations.
Clean the broom and check that
