Operator
Operators have thorough knowledge of MiR600 and of the safety precautions
presented in the User guide of MiR600. Operators have the following main tasks:
servicing, maintaining, and creating and changing missions and map positions in the
robot interface.

Payload
The payload is the weight the robot carries. The maximuml payload is the maximum
weight the robot can carry, including the weight of any top modules, shelves, carts,
or other devices.
Position
A position is a set of X-Y coordinates on the map that you can send the robot to.
Protective field sets
The Protective fields sets are a part of the Personnel detection safety function. They
are contours surrounding the robot that change size depending on the speed of the
robot. When a safety laser scanner detects a person or object within the active field,
the robot enters Protective stop until the field is clear.

REST API
REST API is used by MiRFleet and MiR robots to communicate status data and
orders.
S
Site
A site is the overall container of any number of maps and all data relevant to the
map, such as missions, features, robot groups, and transitions.
