A.1 Basic Ordering Information
When ordering replacement parts or equipment information, the complete identification number
should be included. This applies to all components, kits, and chassis. If the component part number
is not known, the order should include the number of the chassis or kit of which it is a part, and
sufficient description of the desired component to identify it.

Option Board Ordering Information
When ordering a replacement Transceiver Board, VOCON Board, Expander Board or Bluetooth
Option Board, refer to the applicable Model Chart in the front of the Basic Service Manual. Read the
Transceiver Board, VOCON Board, Expander Board or Bluetooth Option Board note, and include the
proper information with your order.
