Dual MICR Reader

An option on the image-lift module is a reader which can read documents
that have been repaired. This feature has two single MICR readers, one
higher than the other, but installed as one unit. If the transport reads a repaired
document, the program can elect to read the original document MICR line.
The original document is 16 mm (5/8 inch) higher because of the reject repair
strip attached to the bottom.
Stager

The stager lies to the right of the image-lift camera(s). If a problem arises
with a document (for example, if the reader cannot read it), your item-
processing program may stop it at the stager. You may then view the
document image on screen and take whatever action is required.
This stager has a hinged gate, so that you can open it to remove or insert
documents when necessary.
