Document caught in rollers to RIGHT of camera(s): gently pull back on
the handle attached to the front roller. When the front roller is clear of the
track guide, roll the document out, then release the handle.

To remove a jammed document from the encoder module, try to pull the
document up and out to the left or right. If that doesn’t work, follow these
steps.
1 Swing the module cover up to the right until it stays open.
2 For each roller where the document is caught, push the green lever and
carefully free the document.
3 Remove the document from the encoder compartment and close the
module cover.
Note: Sometimes a document is caught behind two sets of the rollers. Then
you'll find that you can't hold back both green handles at the same time.
Instead, push either one of the green handles. Then pull the document
sideways. As soon as it is free of the rollers, slide the document up. Then
you can release the roller handle.
Do not pull too hard on the document - you may rip the document or the
encoding ribbon.
