9 Raise slightly the rear cover, push back the support arm and lower the
cover.
10 Close the front cover.
11 If the message is still present, replace the ink cartridge. See “Replacing
the Ink Cartridge” on page 4-36
12 If the message is still present after replacing the cartridge, call a service
representative.
