Remove the Feeder Belt

6 Remove the feeder belt from the small pulley on the left. To do this, pull
up gently on the bottom edge of the belt, turning the pulley if necessary
to free the belt.
7 Remove the belt from the large pulley on the right, working as described
in step 9. Throw this belt away.
Replace the Feeder Belt

8 Loop one end of the new belt over the large pulley on the right, then push
the belt down around the pulley until the belt is properly seated between
the top and bottom rims. (Turning the pulley as you work may help you
get the belt seated properly.)
9 Install the other end of the belt on the small pulley on the left. Turn the
pulleys by hand to be sure the belt moves smoothly.
Replace the Wiper

10 With your right hand, pick up the new wiper by its handle.
11 With your left hand, push back on the wiper lever and hold it open. (Do
not push it all the way back, or you won't be able to get the new wiper in.)
12 Insert the bottom of the wiper into the hole in the wiper lever (see
picture). Push the wiper all the way down until the handle is flush with
the top of the hole. The belt and wiper should line up.
13 Let go of the wiper lever. The new wiper is now in place.
14 Grasp the gray, transparent part of the hand-drop cover, then push the
cover straight down into place.
