3 Select one of
Generate and save a new archive file to create a new archive
file.
OR
Save the nightly generated archive file to save a copy of the
automatic archive, which is generated at midnight each day.
4 Click OK to go to the File Download page.
OR
Select the check box next to Send by email to, enter the email
address to get the archive for each email and click OK. You
need to configure the SMTP server before you use this feature.
For more information, see Procedure 53 “Configuring other
settings—Performance/Email Settings” (page 145).
5 Click Save on the File Download page.
6 Navigate to the folder where you want to store the archive file.
7 In the Name field, enter a name for the archive file.
8 Click Save.
