2. Installation
SettingsforWindowsPCLprinterdriver
Click[Start]andselect [Devicesand
Printers].
Right-click the printer icon then select
[PrinterProperties].(Ifyouhave
installed multiple printer drivers, select
[Printer Properties] then [printer name
(PCL)].)
Selectthe[DeviceOptions]tab.
Forthenetworkconnection,select[Get
Printer Settings]. For USB connection,
enter the number of trays except the
multipurposetrayin[InstalledPaper
Tray s ].
Click[OK].
5. Set the number of trays in the printer driver.
Setting should be made in the printer driver to have the printer recognize every
added tray.
Iftheprinter driverhasn’tbeensetup,setup theprinterdriverbyreferringto the
relevantuser’smanual(Setup)andthenperformthefollowingsetup.
Note! Administratorprivilegesonthecomputerarerequired.
