Remove Pod now.

Check blood glucose.

Memory corruption.
Press “OK” to reset
PDM and delete all user
settings. History records
will not be deleted.
A memory corruption
error occurs aer the
PDM is reset.
PDM sounds alarm.
Press OK.
Change Pod.
Check blood glucose.
PDM Error.
Press "OK" to reset clock.
Time and date need to
be reset aer a PDM
error.
PDM sounds alarm.
Press OK.
Reset clock.
Change Pod.
Check blood glucose.
Pod deactivation required.
Press “OK” to deactivate.
If a Pod is active during
a PDM error requiring
a clock reset, you must
replace the Pod.
PDM sounds alarm.

Check blood glucose.
If a temp basal or extended bolus was running when an alarm occurred, the PDM
reminds you of this.
Tip: If you follow the PDM's instructions and are still not able to silence an alarm,
see "Silencing an Alarm" on page 108.
