that the number of words allocated in the CPU Bus Unit Setting Area does not exceed its capacity. Refer to 4-6-2 Proce-
dure for Setting CPU Bus Unit Setup Area in the CJ2 CPU Unit Software User’s Manual (Cat. No. W473).
