Description Specifies whether the retry timer is a fixed value or a random value
when the unit re-sends a REGISTER request when a failover failure
has occurred.
Note
• This setting is available only when "ENH_FOVR_ENABLE_n" is
set to "Y".
• For the fixed value setting, see REG_RTX_INTVL_n
(Page 275).
