The EM-1 module is a device that extends the functionality of the
MacMAT IV and MacBAT 5 converter. It enables control of current
outputs operating in the 4 ÷ 20mA current loop standard and two-
state relay outputs. The module has its own DP array (available
parameters), which can be programmed using the GAZMODEM2 and
ModBUS RTU transmission protocols.
EM-2 signaling module is a device that extends the functionality of
the MacMAT IV and MacBAT 5 converter by an additional eight
binary inputs. It is adapted for cooperation with proximity sensors
in the NAMUR standard.
The module can also work as a stand-alone device. It has
implemented the transmission protocol GAZMODEM2, and ModBUS
RTU and is equipped with a serial port in the RS485 standard. The
EM-2Ex version is in intrinsically safe version
