MacBAT 5 – USER GUIDE. Version 1.0
Device is equipped with several notification labels. Below presented labels are placed on the front of the device.
When the device is devoid of the MID certification the front labels are different.
LABEL IN DEVICE WITH MID DIRECTIVE CONFORMITY
MID required label with data such as:
• Device serial number
• CE marking
• MID marking with year of issuing conformity
• Notification unit number
• MID certificate name
• Production number/date
Label 1 is designed for the aluminium housing type. Label 2 is for polycarbonate. Missing
information on second plate are provided on the front of MacBAT 5.
