CIRAS-CFM Display
The top half of the CIRAS display shows leaf gas exchange (photosynthesis) measured and calculated
data. The lower half of the display refers to the CFM (i.e. chlorophyll fluorescence measured and
calculated data). They are not superimposed because of the differing time scales of the two processes
(gas exchange and chlorophyll fluorescence), though it is possible to plot the average fluorescence with
gas exchange parameters.
