Tracking Services Report
When using tracking services such as "Royal Mail Signed For (RMSF), Special Delivery
Guarantee 9AM/1PM (SDG)", you must provide to the Royal Mail a tracking report with
its tracked mails.
The report includes the tracking numbers which correspond to the linear barcode (1D
barcode) identifier printed with the franking marks. It also includes tracking service
type information supplied by the rate table.
Requirements
This report is specific to the country. It could be done as operator or supervisor.
You have to specify the period for the report (Begin date and End date).
Default period:
• Begin = selected date.
• End = current date, displayed on screen and can be modified.
Output
• Screen
• USB printer
• USB memory key
• Die number (not displayed on screen).
• Page number / Total number of pages (on printed report
only).
