Envelopes are jammed (stopped) in the transport mechanism of the Dynamic Weighing
Module deck.
• Mail size is incorrect.
• Envelopes are not properly stacked on the feed platform.
To clear mail jammed in the Dynamic Weighing Module:
1. Open the cover.
