How to Process Mail for Sealing or Counting
without Printing

The type of imprint [Pass Through] allows you to:
• Process mail for “sealing only” without printing
• Only convey mail – without printing or sealing – for counting or testing purposes.
To process Pass Through Mail:
1. Check that you are on the type of imprint [Pass Through]. The name of the type
of imprint is indicated on the first line of the home screen as illustrated below.
2. If you are not on the [Pass Through] home screen, change the type of imprint:

Press on the control panel to access the Imprint screen.
- Select Imprint type and then select [Pass Through] in the Type of imprint
screen.
For details, see How to Change the Current 'Type of Imprint' on page 66.
Press on the control panel to return to the home screen.
