Bit number Meaning
0 to 2 Unused
3 POWer
This bit is set if the measured power level in any of the active channels is questionable.
4 Unused
5 FREQuency
This bit is set if there is anything wrong with the frequency of the local oscillator or the
reference frequency in any of the active channels.
6 to 8 Unused
9 LIMit (device-specific)
This bit is set if a limit value is violated.
10 to 14 Unused
15 This bit is always 0.
19.17.7 STATus:QUEStionable:FREQuency Register
This register contains information about the reference frequency. It can be read using
the commands STATus:QUEStionable:LIMit:FREQuency? and
STATus:QUEStionable:FREQuency[:EVENt]?.

8 EXTernal REFerence
This bit is set if an external reference is used.
9 to 14 Unused
15 This bit is always 0.

This register contains information about the observance of limit lines. It can be read
using the commands STATus:QUEStionable:LIMit:CONDition? and
STATus:QUEStionable:LIMit[:EVENt]?.

This bit is set if limit line 1 is violated.
