5 DIP SWITCH settings
The facilities described below for entering settings and obtaining status information may
only be used by suitably trained staff.
In particular, information and settings which are clearly identified as “service only” are
only to be used by appropriately trained personnel.
Following adjustments and settings refer to the STD22 Compact Gyro Compass as well
as for the STD 22 Gyro Compass.
Exceptions are marked.
With all DIP switches set to the “ON” position, the current heading is displayed again
and all settings that have been made are stored in the compass.

The individual switches are moved up to turn them “OFF” and down to turn them “ON”
