8. Press to step to the RS-232 option. The RS-232 option appears on the display.
9. Press to skip to the printer/PC option.

10. Press to select the RS-232 baud rate. The Baud Rate option appears on the
display.
11. Press to step through the list of available baud rates until the desired baud rate
appears on the display, then press to select the baud rate. The display returns to
the start of the RS-232 option.
12. Press to step to the printer/PC option. The Printer/PC option appears on the
display.
13. Press to configure the RS-232 port for use by the printer.
– or –
14. Press to configure the RS-232 port for use by the host PC.
15. Once a selection is made the display returns to the start of the Set Serial option.
