Setup Menu
The following sections describe all the Setup menu options that need to be set for
standard Hand Reader operation. All commands are described in the order they are
accessed. The following commands are in the Setup menu.
• Set Language
•Set Date Format
• Set Time and Date
• Set Address
• Set ID Length
• Set Output Mode
• Set Facility
• Lock/Shunt Time
• Aux Out Control
• Set Reader Mode
•Set Serial
• Set Duress Code
• Print Options
• Set Beeper
Locate the command you need to perform and step through all previous commands
until you reach the desired command. For a first time setup, all Setup menu options
need to be addressed (either by leaving the default values or entering new values).
